Volvo Repair: front right inside door handle, tracs, silicone

Question
I have a 98 S70 Volvo, the front right inside door handle will not move
and it no longers works (does not open). The same door has a window
which is very sluggish when going up.

Hi JJ,
    If you plan on fixing the problem you must remove door panel...you'll need average mech. skills...often the problem is evident and often it can be fixed without parts.
      To help the window you might consider spraying silicone into the window tracs while door panel is off...be liberal with its use...more is better....dont forget the tracks that are in the upper door area.
