Volvo Repair: Timing belt replacement 00-S80-2.9, timing belt replacement, belt pulley

Question
There are two special tools listed in the alldata directions for the timing belt replacement. One is a counterhold(9995433) and the other is a compression tool(9995456). Are these really necessary? What is the size of the crankshaft central nut?  Also, do you have an recommendation for other components to replace at the sme time such as the waterpump, or the tensioner pulley.
When I did the timing belt on my 02 VW TDI, I just purchased a complete parts kit which included everything. I can't find any info for the S80 with a recommended list of items to replace at the same time.

Thanks

Answer
we just replace the belt and the manual tensioner for the belt if it has a manual tensioner some have  a hydraulic tensioner.the tool that is really needed is the one that holds the camshafts in alignment at the back of the head.crankshaft nut does not have to come off.remove the 13mm bolts holding drive belt pulley on crank
