Volvo Repair: Volvo 98 S70, engine seals, power steering fluid

Question
My 98 Volvo S70 has aprrox. 192,000 miles. It has never broke down or caused any problems. It has been properly maintained since purchase. It currently has an oil leak, which leaks about a quart/week. It is also leaking coolant into the driverside under the floor mat. Finally, everytime I turn the wheel from center to either direction it makes an almost grinding noise or the engine seems to get louder. Can you please tell me what the potential problems are and the cost of repair? And how often am i suppose to drain transmission fluid? Thank you.

Answer
oil leak could be many things possibly bad turbo Oring if it is a turbo.if not a turbo could be bad engine seals.coolant sounds like a bad heater core.the grinding could be low on power steering fluid or possibly a bad pump.I am not sure on all the costs to fix these items.it should be looked at for a proper diagnosis.the fluid has no service interval.if it were mine  I would do it at least every 30k miles or so.
