Volvo Repair: Power door locks on 98 S70, power door locks, mirror area

Three of my power door locks on my 98 S70 can lock, but will not unlock using either the remote key fob or the electric door button.  How do I get the door panel off?  Is there typically one solution to this problem, or are there multiple possible solutions to it?  How do the door panels come off, and how hard is it to perform this repair?

most common are the individual door locks go bad but not usually 3 at once.there could be another wiring problem elsewhere.it would need to be looked at for a proper diagnosis.the door panel removes by removing trim around door handle,trim plug in grab handle area remove the screw under this cover and the plastic part behind the mirror area.then the panel will pull away from the door.
