Volvo Repair: 1999 S80 panel for fan, seat heaters, etc, pencil holder, seat heaters

How do you get the panel off to change the bulb behind the switches on the center dash panel

Answer
remove pencil holder below panel then remove 2 torx 25 screws then the panel will lift out at the bottom pull the panel out at the bottom to bend the tabs on the top part then push the bottom back down and then the top should pull outward.it is not easy to do.
