Volvo Repair: panel light change out, volvo 850 turbo wagon, side vent

A temperature panel light is out on my 1994 volvo 850 turbo wagon. How do I get access to the back of the panel and change out the bulb.  Any advice would be appreciated.

YOU NEED TO REMOVE DRIVERS SIDE VENT BOTHE CENTER VENTS AND THE DASH SIDE VENT FACING THE DOOR.THEN REMOVE ALL THE TORX 25 SCREWS BEHIND EACH VENT AND THE ONES FACING UP INTO THE DASH FROM THE CLUSTER AREA.THEN LIFT THE DASH TOP UP ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE CLUSTER.
