Volvo Repair: Volvo 850GLT 97 wagon heater fan noise, heater fan, dash panel

Question
How to remove heater fan?
It has been a couple years already that heater fan makes noise especially weather is cold.
I guess it is located behind of the glove box but it is not easy to reach.
Your help is appreciated

remove under dash panel,glovebox and black metal knee bolster behind under dash panel.the glove box you will need to put a small screwdriver beside the hinge on the outer side where it attaches to the box pry away from hinge so blade digs into hinge and pullbox dor down to release it do this on both hinges.black panel has 3 13mm nuts holding it on.then you will see the motor will need to move some wiring them remove 4 torx 25 screws/.
