Volvo Repair: 1989 Volvo 240 power windows and doors, center vents, electric clock

Help.
The power windows and door locks do not work.
There is 12 volts at the fuses for these functions  so I suspect the relays or a connector. The electric clock has become erratic at the same time as the wondows and door problem.
Where are the relays located and any other suggestion?

I belive they are bind the center console below the center vents.you will need to pull the center console forward and remove the centrer vents to get to the relays.

if the fuses are good and have power it could be a relay or wiring harness problem.which will need to be  fault traced with a test light.
