Volvo Repair: 1998 volvo xc brake light, volvo xc, vovlo

I have a 1998 vovlo xc wagon and it has the right brake light out.
How does one get to the tail light bulb to replace it?

the lower one is behind a cover panel.you remove the side floor piece that runs behind the wheelwell area.then remove the cover panel behind this may be another black panel.if it is the top taillight it is behind the speaker cover which just pops off then you need to remove the speaker by pulling the red tabs outwardthen pull the speaker out.
