Volvo Repair: Volov 240 wgn front wiper motor replacement, glovebox, engine compartment

How difficult is it to replace the front wiper motor on a 1990 240 DL wagon and can you give me some instructions on how to do it?

Very easy.Under dash on passenger side behind glovebox is motor. Easier access by taking out glovebox. Remove one bolt and clip holding arm to motor. Remove three mounting bolts for motor from engine compartment. Disconnect harness and remove motor. May be stuck due to rubberized sealant. Install new motor and make sure to install new ground wire to motor and chasis. Then do everything in reverse order.

That's it. Should take less than an hour.
