Volvo Repair: 2001 S40 Headlight assembly install, tightening torque, wheel arch

Question
Hi - my headlight glass is broken and I have a new Hella assembly to install. It looks like I need to remove the front bumper. I assume there must be a shortcut? I would appreciate any advice regarding how to do this and any special tools.  Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Brad
