Volvo Repair: fuel pump relay, fuel pump relay, coolant tank

Question
Hi Patrick,
I recently asked you about a problem I am having with my 1990 760 Turbo. The problem was that it runs well until you turn it off, then it takes 15-20 minutes of engine cooling before it will start again.
You had suggested I replace the power stage,(ignition amplifier) which I did, as it was "heat related". This alone did not seem to correct the problem. One of the other things  you suggested was to change was the fuel pump relay. This may sound stupid, but I cannot seem to locate the fuel pump relay location. On my main panel(in dash - forward of shifter) I have  several relay "boxes" but none fit part # or discription of fuel pump relay. And my fuse location is on the drivers side left dash. No blown fuses.
As a reminder; good compression, new valves, new coil, rotor/rotor cap, plugs/cables good.
Thanks for your help in advance,
Rick

Answer
Hello again Rick,  In the relay world you have two black relays, they are the same part#'s.One is for the 'radio supression',the other is the 'fuel INJECTOR relay. One on each side of the engine compartment. One on the coolant tank the other near the drivers shock tower.Swap them and see if the condition gose away. Thanks again,PKD
