Cadillac: ACM B1314 Error code, code displays, answer need

QUESTION: Can anyone clue me in on how to resolve this problem,  Is it a relay of fuse that needs to be replaced??  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is the code CURRENT or HISTORY ?.

When the code displays on the display panel it will also state CURRENT or HISTORY as the code displays.

If it is a HISTORY code we need to CLEAR it from the computer and see if it returns. If it is a CURRENT code we need to perform some diagnostics.
