Cadillac: headlight not working on 98 catera, catera, headlamp

We're buying a 98 Catera and the headlight is not working.  We're trying to get an general idea of what the cost range might be to fix it.  We're hoping it's just minor, but any ideas of whether we looking at $50 or $500?

Personally and professionally I would not own a Catera if someone gave it to me.

If it is ONLY one headlamp that is out it is most likely the bulb needs to be replaced. If BOTH headlights are out it is most likely the bulbs or the relay.

Cost should not exceed $30.00
