Could you please send me a link or photo of some sort, (wiring diagram), or even instructions for the installation of OEM Fog Lights for a TJ Wrangler.

The easiest way to check this out, would be to go to your local auto parts store, and purchase a repair manual for your TJ.  These manuals, usually cost around $20, and are a great help for most repairs.  They, not only explain how to repair a faulty component, but they include electrical diagrams.
