QuestionQUESTION: "98 deville's a/c blows warm air no matter what the temp on the control setting is on. I still hear the compressor kick on when I turn the a/c on and the system has sufficient freon in it. The problem started when the a/c would feel great as long as the car was moving. When I'd come to a red light, or drive-up window, it would steadily get warm. The problem would go away when the car was rolling again. Cooling fans are working and the cars not running hot. No codes either.
ANSWER: When it is extremly hot and or humid this is considered normal provided you have tested the freon pressures.

AnswerYou will neeed to put aset of AC gages on the system and see what the pressures are at idle speed and compare them to normal specifications by the manufacturer.
Without having access to the vehicle to see what the pressures are doing, a definate diagnosis is most impossible.
