Cadillac: Misfire, or sticky valves?, coolant system, head gasket

Question
I have a 1990 Cadillac deville, 135,000 miles on it. I bought the car with 122,000 miles on it and the day i bought it i flushed the motor with gunk, im skeptical but it worked, i also did a tune up which included a new distributor, rotor, spark plugs, wires, coil, fuel filter, ceramic pads and new rotors. I've also rebuilt the transmission. My lower radiator hose blew this weekend[135,000] miles so i flushed the cooling system, replaced the thermostat, housing, lower and upper hoses and put a new radiator cap.
Ok, so now my engine is misfiring due to cheap ignition cables BURNING up, two of them were down to the core, i replaced the front plug to one of the burnt wires, and i replaced every ignition cable, but i still have a misfire in one cylinder, so it sounds like. I can hear a "poom poom" that is constant every 2 seconds or so, not so much a popping sound, so i wasn't 100% whether or not its a misfire or sticking valves, im also thinking it could be the fuel pump, but if i go uphill the car doesn't lose power or stall, id also like to add this is mainly at idle although when i shift into 4th and let off the gas i can feel the car "misfire" hopefully its not a cam or crank problem. I've narrowed it down to a leaking head gasket or a misfire in my 2nd cylinder, but what do you think?

Answer
Without personally testing the suspect components personally, A definate diagnosis can not be made.

Is the #2 spark plug burning differently than any other spark plug via appearance. If you swap the #2 injector with another injector does the fault move ?.

Perform a coolant system pressure test to see if the pressure drops on the gage which would most likely be caused by a faulty head gasket.
