Cadillac: 1996 Seville Unexpected Shut-off, torque converter clutch, mass air flow sensor

Question
I followed your suggestions.  The fuse did not blow on the first three suggestions.  However, while driving the fuse will blow at any speed once the car gets hot and blows the first time.  Also, the service engine soon light came on before the fuse blew.  I took the car to Auto Zone to get the trouble code but they were unable to get a code.

-----Question-----
I have a 1996 seville that while driving the car will blow ECS fuse causing the fuel pump to shutdown.  After car cools and replacing the fuse, the car will drive for a short distance and shutdown again.  Why does it blow the ECS fuse?  Do you know what could be causing this problem.
-----Answer-----
The ECS fuse controls the following items:

PCM (computer).
Transmission shift solenoids inside the transmission.
EGR valve.
Torque converter clutch solenoid  inside the transmission.
Power steering pressure switch.
A/C system low pressure switch.
Evaporative emissions purge switch.
Ignition relay.
Mass Air Flow Sensor (MAF).

Replace the fuse, Start the car, and without driving the car on the highway, turn the steering wheel back and forth all the way to the right and left several times and see if the fuse blows.

Also, With the engine running, try shifting the transmission into all the gears several times while sitting still and see if the fuse blows.

Turn the A/C on and off several times and see if the fuse blows.

If none of the above blows the fuse, Drive the car as slow speeds of 30 mph and under and see if you can detect at what speed the fuse might blow. If it does NOT blow at low speeds, See if it blows at speeds of 40 to 50 mph.

let me know.

Answer
Try disconnecting the EGR solenoid wires and or the EGR wires if applicable to this vehicle.

Also disconnect the Evaporative emissions purge switch for the charcoal canister and drive the car and see if the fuse blows. If it does still blow, I would suspect a fault in one of the transmission solenoids.
