Cadillac: Heater fan, fan failure, heater fan

Question
93 350 Cad Broughm fan failure. The fan continued to run aftr the engine was turned off. Removed the fuse by the door and replaced when needed for about a month. The fuse blew and new fuses did not Blow but fan would not run. Reviewed all info in owners manual and checked the underhood relays as best I could. Removed the lower internal dash looking for a relay of resistor but find nothing. Can you steer me to something to check and it's location before I spend $90 bucks on a manual?
