Cadillac: cooling fans dont work, 1999 cadillac sts, cadillac sts

Question
My car just started overheating last night and the gauge just went up some, then it would go back down some, so when I got home I noticed that the cooling fans were not working. I checked the fuses under the hood, two 30A,were OK, and I also seen that there were 2 relays that were marked cooling fans, could these be the problem?  Bye the way it's a 1999 cadillac STS with 89000 miles
