Cadillac: multiple problem codes, electric fuel pump, fuel pump

All the codes reappeared except the P-20. TO48, TO63, TO72 and SO21 are still present. Just a side note....The mechanic that diagnosed my problem said he saw a wisp of smoke come from under the dash. Also when I turn the ignition ON engine OFF position....I hear a wierd winding noise coming from the back of the car....kinda like a motor running!! Thanks for all your help man....You've been awsome!!!!!

That motor running is the electric fuel pump. It runs for only 2 seconds.
