Cadillac: 1996 Sedan Deville Blower Motor, drip down, silicone spray

Question
When you say blower control module do you mean the blower resistor or another module?

I did spray a silicone spray on the antenna early this morning and let it drip down inside but it didn't help. You cannot pull or push the antenna up or down.

I have a 1996 Sedan Deville. I went out of town for 8 days. After getting home I started the car fine but their is no fan for heat or air. I hear a funny hissing sound and some clicks but no fan. I acutally heard a very soft beep once in while. I also smell a electronic burn smell when I try to run the defrost or any mode of fan operation. My guess is the blower motor?  Help!

Also the motorized antenna stopped going up all the way as well since I was gone. This is the second time it did this. Now it won't come up all but 5 inches. Any ideas on this would help?
Answer -
Sounds like blower motor and or blower control module located right next to the blower.

Spray some type of silicone or cleaning agent on the antenna and let it drip down inside. Can you manually pull UP or push DOWN the antenna ?.
