Tips on Buying Cars: Buying a car with a power of attorney, looking to buy a car, finance office

Question
So my fiancée is in the military and we are looking to buy a car.  We got approved for a loan in his name and now we have the money but the problem is the car is for me and we are in different states.  Can I still buy a car using the check? The power of attorney thing got brought up and I am wondering if this could be a solution.  If someone could advise me on how to proceed I would really appreciate it.

Answer
Jamie:You might check the finance office where you want to buy the car on how this can work out for you.I think the big problem might be you both live in different states. My suggestion is to have the same mailing address for both of you(He is your fiancee)Good luck to you both.
