Cadillac: 1998 STS Climate contronl only blows hot air!, diagnostic chart, climate control

My Climate control only blows hot air! I can adjust the electronic desplay but it dose not change the temp. The A/c dose not work. The only thing that works is the blower. I can turn that up or down if I need.
