Chevrolet: bleeding the cooling system, coolent, rad cap

i have a 1995 chevey lumia and just change the thermadtat how do i bleed it so it donot overheat

HI well if all is ok,  open the rad. fill and when cool  check the level than start it up and just let it run till hot and keep putting in coolent,  or you can open the rad. cap and fill the tank to the line and when hot check it than when cool add more if needed, you should have no worries about bleeding it, etc. as long as everything is in right and the coolent is full you should be fine.  get back if needed  ok ...>>><
