can you help me  step by step how to adj valves on a 1983 chevy 350 on a eng stand and on the vehicle with eng running

hi, I sent you the mail. as far as on the stand you can get the tech. book and it will show you how to do it step by step, but I would look at each rocker and turn the motor by hand when you see the rod go all the way up than turn the rocker loose than turn it in till it is snug than go in about 1/2 a turn more as this way will get you running and after you are warm do it with the engine running the way I told you ok. never go to tight as it will burn the cam or lifter or rod , valve,spring,etc.  ok
