Chevrolet: a squeaking noise on the front passenger tire/brake maybe, chevy malibu, passenger tire

I have a 1997 chevy malibu and about a couple of days ago it started making this weird squeaking noise when I turn and spmetimes when I'm just going straight. I was wondering if you could possibly tell me what that is.

 HI  well it sounds as if it could be time for new brakes.
or it could just be the fan belt , if you hear the noise getting louder when you step on the brakes than you should take it in for a check up. but if it does it when you are not moveing and you turn the wheel all the way and you get the noise than its the belt. OK but do not let it go - have it checked  ok
