Chevrolet: chevy flywheel(s), chevy 283 engine, chevy flywheel

Concerning a 1957 Chevy 283 engine,standard transmission. I am ready to purchase a flywheel but notice there are two choices on the market, 153 and a 168 tooth count I believe. How do I determine which one? This engine does not have one now to go by.

 Hi Dan
       I would go for the 168 tooth as it should turn it over a bit faster but I do not think it will matter that much with a std. 283 as it does not have hi comp. pistons or any thing like it so what ever one you want to put in
as it really should not make a diff. with that engine ok.
