Answer
Does this problem occur when your foot is off the gas and your coasting? I had a similar problem in my 94 Shadow. I believe this vehicle has an idle air adjustment on the throttle body. Use a t20 star key and open it a little and see if any difference is made. If this is a high mileage vehicle, the EGR (Exhaust Gas Recurculation) system may be carboned up (as was mine). Have you heard of "SeaFoam"? It is sold at Advanced Auto Parts and some other parts stored. Try using your engine vacuum to suck the chemical in down your intake runners behind your valves, and atop your pistons where after combustion occurs will almost entirely clean the engine of carbon. You will notice a huge improvement, but again if the EGR ports are clogged, this may not be enough. I had to take a pipe brush and dremel to them after I took the Throttle body and Intake Plenum apart. Good luck and let me know how you make out.
