Dodge: Coolant leakage, dodge durango, fan blower

Question
I have a 2000 Dodge Durango, and when I turn on AC or Heat there is an intense smell of antifreeze, and there is also antifreeze leaking inside vehicle on passenger side. What would cause this?HELP?

The heater core is leaking and will need to be changed.The coolant from the radiator circulates through the engine to cool it,running through the hoses to the heater core.When the hot water gets to the heater core the fan {blower motor}circulates the heat blowing it through the vents to warm the inside of the vehicle.This is where it is leaking.
