Ford: Timing Belt Ford 2.5 4cyl., timing belt ford, pb auto

Hi..In replacing a timing belt on 2.5L..4cyl. Ford,are there any special tools needed? Ranger 99 has ac/ps/pb/auto. With almost 90K. I figure its about time.Thank You for your time.

No there isn't. Just ck and make sure all your timing marks are right.you should get a picture when you buy your belt and make sure you get the complete kit not just the belt.Napa has it.Make sure the crankshaft is at TDC on piston No. 1, with the crankshaft keyway pointing straight up and the circle on crankshaft sprocket aligned with notch in engine front cover.
