Ford: 1993 F150 idle trouble, vacuum leaks, clutch pedal

Question
I have a 1993 F150 4x4 reg cab with 5.0 V8, 5spd manual trans, 4:10 gears etc. Never had any trouble with truck until I tipped it over on its driver side. Needed new fender, door, bumper, and bed. Fixed. Problem now (has been for over a year) is that while driving down the road and go to change gears, the engine revs up to 3000 or more RPMs when I push the clutch in. If I stomp the throttle quickly, it while sometimes go back down to 1000 or so RPMs. I have changed IAC valve, TPS, EGR, computer, put springs on the throttle body to help pull the throttle shut, and even changed throttle bodies. I have checked all over for vacuum leaks and have found none. Ford garage doesn't have a clue either. Seems to do it more often when the engine temp warms up to normal, but is not always the rule. No check engine light on, but I've replaced all of these components because of suggestions from Ford dealership mechanics. I am totally frustrated with this truck and wish I could figure it out because it is not very safe to drive...especially in the winter time around here. Thanks for your time.

Answer
ok... this might not be a fix for it but it might make it more driveable while we figure out what is wrong with it. on the clutch pedal there are 2 plugs.. .one of them is the clutch start wiring and the other one tells the computer when youi press the clutch... I am pretty sure that the clutch interlock (won't start without the clutch pressed in) is the one with a red wire and blue stripe. keep that one plugged in and unplug the other one... try that and see if this stopps hapening... (I know this is not the correct way to do this but it is a way to try.... )  let me know...
