Ford: power window replacement, torx screws, rivet gun

i have an 03 f150 crew cap pick up. i took off the door panels and i have power go to the moter. it looks like the moter it riveted in. i dont want to mess anything can you please tell me the best way to replace the moter. thanks very much for your help thanks paul.

i belive on that model there Paul the window motor is just screwed on by three torx screws and that is it. it is possible that someone else has been in there or has installed an aftermarket motor at one point. if that is the case then the best way is to drill the rivets out and swap motors then re rivet the new one in. you may need to borrow a large rivet gun from a rental store though they are pretty hefty rivets.
