Ford: 1999 Merc Sable Wagon door replacement, 1999 mercury sable, mercury sable

Question
Hi Ragu,
I am replacing the front left door on my 1999 Mercury Sable station wagon with a door that came from the junkyard. Of course, I am painting the new door but, I need to remove all of the inside panels and trim from the original door and re-install on the new door so they will match the rest of the car's interior.
I haven't got the foggiest idea where to start. I would like to save a little money by doing it myself but in your opinion, is this a job that should be left to the experts? I am somewhat mechanically inclined but no expert.
Thanks a lot for any help you can give me.
