Ford: Wet Floorboards when it rains, low water pressure, seam sealer

Question
I have a 1991 Ford Ranger.  When it rains, the passenger side floorboard and carpet will become wet.  Mold is starting to grow in the corner by the tranmission side.  This truck is equiped with an AC, but it hasn't worked in years....it is only wet when it rains.

Thanks!

Answer
Jeremy what you need to do is pull the carpet out and away from the trans hump and have someone with a hose and no nozzle with low water pressure and run it over the windsheld and see were the water  comes in then when you find it put some seam sealer on it .You get this from a auto paint supply store napa, carquest, ect
