My daughter has a '85 Thunderbird with a heating and air problem.  It still blows out air but it doesn't heat or cool.  Got any idea what could be the problem?

does the vehicle have auto temp control or is it manual?

Darlene  that means you have a temp blend door problem which is behind the dash.if you want to pull down your glove box and if you look to your left behind the dash you will see a square box with 6 to 8 wires coming out uf it with the key on move the temp from hot to cold you will hear the door move if not the blend door is inop. now if it does move look at the door that the arm goes in and see if it is moving if it is not then the door is broken.  let me know.
