Ford: 1987 Ford f150 pickup 6 cyl, pressure relief valve, rt side

Have installed 2 new fuel tanks,new fuel pump
Have fuel to pressure relief valve but the truck
will not start. What do I need to do now?

Ck to see if you have vlotage to the fuel pump you will only have it for 4 to 8 sec when you turn it to the on position.If not look under the dash passger side looking at the fire wall stright ahead to your rt you will see a small black box with a red button on top push this button down and see if it will start.Now it could be to the left or in the kick panal but all of this is done on the rt side.
