how to change distributor and rotor  I noticed there is not much room to work

You are not wrong about that.  They are tough to work around, being so big.  To remove the dist. cap use a 1/4 drive ratchet with a torx bit to get the cap retaining screws out and the cap should wiggle out without too much trouble.  They are particularily nice to work on when they are at operating temperature in July. LOL.
