GM-GMC: fuel pressure, chevy suburban, proper fuel

1996 chevy suburban with 5700 vortex v8. what should the koeo fuel pressure be at the schader valve test piont be and the pressure at that piont while cranking the engine to start it.

Turn ON the ignition, the fuel pressure should be 415-455 kPa (60-66 psi) for the Central SFI and 385-430 kPa (56-62 psi) for the SFI pressure will be on the low side of that range with koeo and on the higher side while cranking/running.  Even 55psi is insufficient pressure in some cases for proper fuel delivery.
