GM-GMC: fuel pressure regulator, fuel pressure regulator, fuel feed

Question
Where is and how to replace the fuel pressure regulator on '96 Chev V8 truck.

Answer
Just HOW did you determine that the regulator is faulty ?. Did you TEST it FIRST to determine IF it is faulty BEFORE you go replacing it.

What pressure readings did you get with and without the fuel return line blocked ?.

Without testing it, You may have a fault with the:

1. fuel pump.
2. fuel rail.
3. Leaking faulty injectors.
4. restricted fuel feed and or return line.


GUESSING gets VERY expensive.
