GM-GMC: 2002 Chevy Tahoe/brake lights-cruise control, chevy tahoe, brake light switch

Just recently on our Chevy Tahoe - the brake lights and cruise control stopped working.  I checked the fuses they looked fine but replaced them to be sure, they still do not work.  I also checked the bulbs, they looked fine as well, but replaced them to be sure and they still do not work.  Cruise control fuse did the same.  Can you help?  Thank you.

The vehicle is new enough that I could be wrong, but the only thing in common with the two circuits you are describing is the brake light switch on the top of the brake pedal.  It is also possible that the switch might be adjustable and has moved out of its proper position.
