Honda: 1991 honda accord lx, main relay, stalling

Question
My daughter was driving down the road about 55 mph and her car just quit running.  The electrical was still functioning and the starter would turn the motor but it would not start.  It did not even try to catch.  It acted like maybe it was not getting any fuel.  How would I check to see if the fuel pump is working?  I did not check it for spark either.  The car has 150000+miles on it and it has had some issues with not starting after being driven.  Normally we would just sit and wait for a few minutes and it would start.  Do you have any suggestions?  I don't know where the main relay is either.

Answer
The PGM-FI relay (main relay) is located above the cruise control unit on the driver's side under dash area. The relay has a gray housing and it is brown where the harness plugs in.

You'll be able to check for fuel pressure at the banjo style bolt that is connected to the fuel rail. You can also check for fuel pressure at the fuel filter on the passenger's side firewall.

If you check for spark and fuel pressure I'll be able to give you more direction.
