Honda: P0740, honda civic 2001, converter clutch

Question
hello,
my honda civic 2001 has had it's check engine light for a while but i was able to pass the texas inspection test before and this year the car failed.  P0740 Torque Converter Circuit Malfunction. What does this mean? i had the torque converter replaced and as soon as I drove on the freeway the light came back on.  please help if you have any ideas!

Thanks!

Answer
Well the torque converter curcuit does not really have anything to do with the converter.I think you got ripped off. Most likely the converter clutch soleniod is the problem.Or the wiring or even the pcm.Did you have the work done at the dealer? I would take it beck to whoever repolaced the converter.
