wiper randomly comes on when using left turn signal...any suggestions?

If the wiper control is also part of the turn signal stalk. I would expect that you have a loose or broken wire or a bad multi-switch.
It will most likely require removal of the steering wheel to trouble shoot and check. This would require someone with air bag removal experience. This is a chemical charge and can be very dangerous without the proper removal installation knowledge.
