How do you change a valve cover gasket on a 1985 300TD with all of the accelerator parts on the gasket cover?

Have you tried to snug up the cover bolts...screws?   
If that did not stop the leak, then new gaskets will be necessary.
Check the gasket set to see if there are more than two parts in the package. If only two.... You will need to remove anything that keeps you from completely removing the covers. Draw a diagram  if necessary to show the sequence.
With one piece gaskets, you will need access to the cover lip to install the gasket. use some gasket adhesive to attache the gaket to the cover then install every thing in reverse order. Be sure to get the torque setting for the cover screws as you do not want to over tighten the screws.
