Mitsubishi: Mitsubishi Galant tires, 2003 mitsubishi galant, mitsubishi galant

I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Galant DE which needs new tires. I saw tires & Wheels taken off a 2006 GALANT SE (GOODYEAR EAGLE RS/A 215/55/17 93V. I like the price and would like to upgrade to the 17" rims. However I am not sure if they would fit my car.
   Please could you answer my question.

Sounds like a very cool upgrade! In Mitsu, all 4 lug wheels are the same and all 5 lug wheels are the same. Meaning the bolt pattern for the lugs. In other words, if those are 5 lug and you have 5 lug, your in! Keep in mind that height will come into play with the computer and the speedo which will cause hell with and eventually will fry the transmission. Make sure they are the same height. The 55 is a good low profile so it should work. Hope this helps and enjoy those new wheels. Send me a pic after you put them on and I'll get it posted here!
