Oldsmobile/Buick: Dirty power steering fluid, power steering fluid, dirty power

Hi, I have a 95 Olds 98 3.8L engines. The power steering fluid is BLACK! I sucked the old fluid out and kept changing new fluid, hopefully it would get better. It is still BLACK after few days driving. Please let me know what the cause is and how to solve it. Thank you very much.

From experience usually if you drained the fluid out and it turned black/gray again then the pump or the steering rack maybe going bad .

I would recommend having an ASE certified technician give you an estimate on it .
