Oldsmobile/Buick: Oldsmobile powerwindow, olds aurora, control switch

Question
I have a 1996 Olds Aurora, the passenger rear window goes down but will not go up. I jumped the motor directly to battery and up and down work fine.  I tried this switch in the other rear door and it works fine.  The master control switch on drivers door works the window down but not up just like individual switch on the door.   Is there a control module somewhere that controls this or does a broken wire sound like culprit?

The window may have fallen off of its track . Although I don't know very much about physically fixing it on your car , I can tell you its fairly easy . If you go to your local parts store (advanced auto parts) they have a whole section named "Help" . In this section you should find a universal track for $10 .
