Saab: my saab won,t start, fuel pump relay, fuse box

my saab has no power to fuel pump from fuse and I don,t here any sound from pump when key is turned on and I changed itams like crank sencer and new pump ..

Without your model year, I can only respond in a general way. From your symptoms, I would check the fuel pump relay; on certain 900's it is located with the fuse box on the left fender well; on others it is located behind the carpeted passenger footwell right hand wall. If you get me more specific model info, I can get you more definitive response.
