Question1993 Audi S4. Key is left in the ignition and the doors are locked. Cannot get into car. AAA could not jimmy the locks
Answersadly there is no quick inexpensive way of getting into the car.
1) There are people around that specialise in "lock outs", they use special items such as mini air bags to force the door open so as to allow them to open it using the interior handle.
2) Take all of the vehicle documents to your local audi dealer, along with as much id documents as you need to prove who you are and that you live where the car is registered. they will then be able to obtain the key number for the vehicle and order you a new key. this process can take a few weeks and is not especially cheap.
3) find out which is the cheapest window to break, and break into your own car then get the window replaced.
They are the options you have, there is no way to "jimmy" the locks, and any attempt to remove or force the locks will result in damaging the bodywork (which is expensive, even more so if the car is pearl white). the lock actuator arms and levers are all covered, hidden or armoured. sorry i can't offer any more advice.
